GRAHAM CONNOR
Trained as an Assistant Director, rising to Production Company and Agency Producer, Graham has become Europe's most experienced TV Production Consultant. Graham's knowledge is used to great effect as part of ISBA's training modules where he is one of the workshop leaders on TV Production. He founded Commercials Cost Control in 1992. The company now works with many of the world's leading advertisers across Western Europe. A testament to the success of Graham and Commercials Cost Control is that many of his early clients remain just that...21 years later!
IAN BLACKMAN
From Runner to Producer, Ian has spent 25 years in advertising including running his own production company and spells as Executive Producer at the Central Office of Information. Running his own Production Consultancy for 5 years, Ian worked with one of the world's largest advertisers, mainly covering Eastern and Western Europe. Ian joined Commercials Cost Control in 2011.

All our consultants are experts in their own particular field. We insist they have both production company and agency experience with over 20 years within the marcomms production industry.
We believe a consultant should only operate in their field of expertise and we appoint them to a job on this criteria alone. For example, in certain circumstances, several consultants may work on the same 360° campaign.
Covering the main European production centres, our consultants are based in the UK, Germany and France. Agencies and production companies operate in different ways throughout Europe and our consultants' experience ensures understanding of every differentiation and they tailor their work accordingly.
Recruited and trained to have high levels of inter-personal skills, our team provide relevant and succinct information and analysis to our clients on every job. They understand the importance of the agency/client relationship as well as the need to ensure cost-efficiency and clarity.
