Our cloud-based ProBid system is used by all our consultants. A secure and flexible knowledge bank, it holds information on all jobs we undertake on behalf of our clients.

Depending on their requirements, we can upload and report on all aspects of marcomms productions. Nominally we gather over 150 data points per job but this can be expanded to reflect far more detail if required.

All data is held in the strictest confidence. Specific information is never divulged but is used by our consultants to benchmark, negotiate and verify costs and charges.

By gathering financial information as well as production notes on agencies, production companies and individual directors and photographers, ProBid allows us to instantly access market intelligence and performance information on any and all aspects for upcoming campaigns.

We are constantly looking to improve ProBid and our on-going commitment to it ensures that it reflects changes in industry standards and movements.

ProBid's flexibility means that we can tailor it to suit individual client's needs. A demonstration of the system often means we can create client-specific reports and analysis on a job-by-job or regular basis.

Whilst ProBid is a powerful tool, it can never replace the experience, knowledge and inter-personal skills of our consultants.
